If you buy baby / spring greens in the plastic container, put a slice of paper towel in there after you open it. It absorbs the condensation and makes the greens last longer.

 This also works if you're making a large salad for a picnic/pot luck. Make your salad (keep tomatoes separate), and layer it with a few sheets of paper towel. When you're ready to serve, remove the paper towel, add your tomatoes and dressing, and toss. Crisp greens, even hours later.

Samsung is finally taking the wraps off the Galaxy S8 later today in New York, but we’ve still got time to squeeze in a few more leaks. Like, for example, the phone’s user guide. Yep, the whole document got posted online earlier at Samsung’s download center.  Phandroid   caught it before it got sealed up, and although there aren’t many surprises, it’s still a good overview of what the S8 will be offering.
